Process

How an editing project works

Four steps, with a review before anything is final.

1. Brief and quote

You send the footage link and a few lines on the project and where the video will run. We check the footage, list anything missing, and send a written quote with the scope, revision rounds and delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. First cut

We build the edit with the structure agreed in the brief and send a review link. You can leave notes at exact moments in the video, which is faster than describing changes in an email.

3. Notes and revisions

Typical notes are swapping a shot, fixing a name spelling, trimming a section or changing the music. Rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.

4. Final files

We deliver the master and any extra versions: 16:9 for your site and YouTube, 9:16 for reels and stories, 1:1 or 4:5 for feeds.

Your footage

Footage is used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
